At 2(X)IST, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, underwear that has been tried on or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn, unwashed items with tags attached into the original shipping box and affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any USPS carrier or drop it at a local post office; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
